Our company, founded by Sean Traynor, blends decades of real-world business experience with a modern approach to franchise development. Sean spent over 20 years in the comedy and entertainment industry — managing talent, building systems, and streamlining operations across the Improv Comedy Club markets.
From there, he shifted into real estate, tech, and business consulting — developing a passion for automation, growth systems, and scaling businesses ethically and profitably. That journey naturally led to franchising, where his ability to spot talent and marketability now helps brands expand nationally and internationally.
Why We Exist
Because most franchise consultants are stuck in the past. They rely on outdated methods and don’t understand the power of social media, content creation, and digital marketing. We do. We use it daily to attract franchise buyers and teach business owners how to make their brands scalable.
